PERRYTON, Texas (KVII) — Power was restored to all but 450 customers in Perryton, four days after the city was hit by a deadly EF3 tornado.
As of Monday morning, crews have restored power to more than 4,050 customers out of the nearly 4,500 who were impacted by Thursday’s tornado.
"Crews continue to work closely with local officials to ensure remaining areas can be safely reenergized as debris is cleared from alleyways and lines repaired," said Xcel Energy.
The storm killed three people and injured more than 100 others.
