Indictment: Man continuously sexually abused young girl over 3 year period

AMARILLO, Texas (KVII) — A man is accused of continuously sexually abusing a young girl over a three year period.

Austin Lee Rodriguez, 29, was indicted by a Randall County grand jury for sex abuse continuous: victim under 14.

According to court records, the sexual abuse started in August 2021 and continued until December 2024.

The indictment states Rodriguez committed two or more acts of sexual abuse against the victim over a period of 30 days or more by violating one or more of the following penal laws:

• Indecency with a Child by Sexual Contact
  
  
• Sexual Assault of a Child
  
  
• Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child
