CINCINNATI (WKRC) - Thousands of baby carriers sold online and in stores were recalled due to a "fall hazard."
The United States Consumer Product Safety Commission announced on Thursday that multiple variants of child carriers from the brand Deuter were recalled after the company received 13 reports that the the hinges on the foldable rear kickstand support leg can crack or break. No injuries have been reported.

The products were sold at REI and Bass Pro Shops in the United States as well as online and in "other stores," per the recall.
Customers who purchased the carriers were encouraged to contact Deuter to receive a free replacement.
