Dumas man paid underage girls $14K to send him nude photos, videos

AMARILLO, Texas (KVII) — A Dumas man who paid underage girls $14,000 to send him nude photos and videos pleaded guilty.

Victor Torres pleaded guilty in federal court to production and attempted production of child pornography.

He faces 15-to-30 years in prison, and a fine up to $250,000.

According to court documents, Homeland Security Investigations in Amarillo was contacted by HSI in Harrisonburg, Virginia.

Agents in Virginia had interviewed a minor about someone paying her for sharing sexually explicit photographs online.

In June 2024, HSI executed a federal search warrant for Torres's house.

Officers seized two phones which contained conversations with at least three underage girl where Torres repeatedly instructed them how to produce sexually explicit images of themselves and send them to him

He offered one of the girls $2,000 for sex.

The victims lived in New York, California, and South Carolina.
